Whoah there, for a moment I thought this was a photo! Something about the eyes seems not quite right, maybe the right one (from the viewers pov) can be adjusted a little bit more? But that might completely be due to the fact that real people happen to have asymmetrical faces, so no real complaint here. It's really great work and you are a very skilled artist!
Wonderful! Any painting of Picard needs to convey his commanding presence, and you have definitely made it so! Great job on rendering the different surfaces too. The uniform looks soft and the communicator cold and metallic.
Holy bologna this is phenomenal. From afar, I had thought this was a photograph, but after zooming in an' further inspections, I can see the painterly resemblance! The colors are blended well, but not so much that they aren't discernible individually.
'Tis beautimus (beautiful) though I only have one qualm, with the left eye. It's lacking some white in some corners, an' as such, makes it seem unnatural compared to th' right eye, which is fuller and shaped better. But that's about it n u n!
so much detail!! i thought it was a screen shot from the actual movie for a second until i realized it was just so well done it looking like it! the face is very nice with all the creases and wrinkles in his face along with the contrast and highlights! i cannot suggest what could make it better as its made me speechless
This is great! I love the detail in the face and around the shoulders. My only critique on an artsy-standpoint would be that the contrast between the dark outfit and the badge keeps making my eye get drawn there, instead of the face. To fix it, I would just lower the contrast and make the badge a little darker in value to blend in more, but otherwise, this is amazing work. Great job!
Get up. Straighten out my cool Captain suit. Walk up to the synthesizer. "Earl Grey, Hot!" I say. Take a sip of my Earl grey. For I loved the day as I say, "A, your adorable, B, Your so beautiful, C, your a cutie full of chaaaaaaaaaaaarm."
